How to take care of your Womb? Its physical and energetic health... Living like a Rose

The Womb… What stories and energies does it convey?

In sessions, I learn a lot about our energy constitution, what disturbs it, and how to find harmony.

Our bodies are experiencing many negative energies, but have the power to regain balance, what we can do is to be more aware of their constitution and do what it takes to lessen the negative charge. It is this approach that we wanted to share in the book: Energy Protection Kit, because we have seen the huge effect of negative and positive energies on our bodies and our lives.

The Uterus is one of the “organs” most affected by human polarity.

It has been attached to the energy of “war, attack, defense, etc” for several generations and this not only affects our physical health, but also our psychic, and community. To this day, we are waging a war against the Uterus, through the chemicals we ingest, the clothes we put on, and the “ideas” still conveyed about women… prostitutes, genders, etc.

The womb carries the sacred waters

When our inner waters are harmonious, everything becomes harmonious. The state of the world is a mirror of the state of our womb.

Our womb is a sacred temple that has been abused, mistreated, and its power usurped for centuries by the reign of warriors. However, it is a space of peace that allows life to regenerate, to take shape, to give birth, to give access to the Essence.x

Like the Cosmic Mother, we carry the original waters that give life within us. To connect to the Womb is to connect to the sacred lineage of Cosmic Mothers on Earth.

Love your uterus.

My journey at the Temple of Roses taught me how to reconnect to my womb as a partner, a lover, and before being in partnership with the other, to welcome the other into my temple, I must “love my temple”, know its sacred aspect, reduce the energetic and physical nuisances that can affect it.

To love my inner temple is to connect with it as a lover… With romance, and sensuality.

You carry the sacred waters of this temple, and it may have been under the influence of psychic and physical intrusions…hence the need for women to do energy cleansing.

This clearing must not only be done in relation to negative cords but also regarding "other people's fantasies". The human imagination has somehow been contaminated by pornography, the meaningless and unsacred act. It is therefore essential to cut the cords with old partners or old wounds and reclaim the power of your imagination, also close doors to intrusive fantasies. Fantasizing about others is a form of psychic intrusion if it is not conscious and allowed by the other.

You don't need to stay in denial, and wounds, reclaim your womb by doing a physical and energetic cleansing.

By clearing the energy of the uterus, you free yourself from the negative energy attached to it at the family, ancestral, community, religious, planetary and cosmic levels.

You become the protector of your womb, and beyond polarity, the womb once again becomes a Temple, where you choose who enters and how.

Protecting the sacred waters requires connecting to it, connecting to the sacred masculine within you. The divine masculine is within you, it holds the strength and power to say no, to protect and guard sacred places.

The Triangle

In my studies at the Temple of Roses, I discovered the true meaning of the inverted triangle, connected to water, but also to divine water. I discovered that this triangle has been connected with the Goddess since ancient times. The triangle symbolizes for me the union, the Reliance, the fact: of putting it together to “give birth. Reliance to the other women, to the sacred father, and Reliance with the next generations.

The themes that are working on the level of our consciousness at the moment are: the understanding of what it is to be a woman and a bearer of the sacred waters.

How to take care of your uterus?

1. Watch out for endocrine disruptors.

These are substances that disrupt the hormonal functioning of women and cause adverse health effects.

Researchers are studying the effects of some common endocrine disruptors such as increasing symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). They also see a link with obesity, diabetes, and:

  • Reproduction problems

  • Breast cancer

  • Ovarian cancer

  • Thyroid problems

  • Prostate problems

Some researchers have found that exposure to several endocrine disruptors is linked to the development and progression of fibroids. They also studied the effects of endocrine disruptors on endometrial receptivity and embryo implantation and found a substantial body of evidence on the effect of exposure to endocrine disruptors, they emphasize the importance of considering them to prevent adverse effects on fertility and fertility in women*.

Here is a list of disruptors, and I invite you to consult this article to learn more:

  • Certain pesticides (organochlorines, fungicides, herbicides)

  • Plasticizers (phthalates, Bisphenol A), flame retardants (PBDEs), coatings (PFAs)

  • Drugs: Distilbène (used to prevent miscarriages from 1940 to 1977), painkillers (paracetamol, NSAIDs, aspirin), antidepressants (Fluoxetine)

  • Products emitted by incomplete combustion from incinerators, the metallurgical and steel industry and the practice of burning plants (dioxins, furans, PCBs),

  • Hygiene products (Triclosan) and cosmetics (parabens)

  • Phytoestrogens (soy)

I will add to this section Vitamin D, which is not really a vitamin, it is a hormone and therefore it acts on the endocrine system, the endocrine balance will therefore be disturbed which causes adverse health effects as well**.

Here's a French website which will give you a more complete list of endocrine disruptors as well as important advice on how to avoid them , including utensils to use or not to use in the kitchen and products to avoid in the bathroom, for example:

  • Cans,

  • Aluminum cans,

  • Plastic packaging

  • Hard plastic containers intended for microwaves

  • Damaged pots and pans

  • Non-organic vegetables

  • Cosmetics containing: Parabens, Resorcinol, Triclosan, Oxybenzone, Butylhydroxyanisole, etc.

Our clothes are also a source of endocrine disruptors and contain chemicals that cannot be washed away.

When buying clothes, look for natural materials: cotton, wool, silk, and leather.

2. Let food and plants help you!

Several dietary supplements and nutrients*** have benefits when implementing preventive/therapeutic measures to control common gynecological diseases: uterine fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, menstrual disorders and vaginal infections, malignant cancers such as cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer.

Explore the foods that are connected to the Uterus by symbolism, but also in benefits such as grenadine, avocado, mangoes, oranges, grapefruit, and tangerine.

These foods help the uterus because they are rich in vitamin C, flavonoids. Flavonoids help keep the reproductive system healthy and prevent ovarian cancer.

Nuts such as almonds, cashews, walnuts, and seeds such as sesame, pumpkin, and flax seeds are high in omega-3 fatty acids and good cholesterol. This reduces the risk of uterine fibroids and uterine cancer.

Extra-virgin olive oil and oleocanthal can reduce oxidative stress and uterine hypercontraction, add to your salads, etc.

Roses have been proven to help uterus health, repeated inhalations can reduce menstrual pain and improve your connection to sexuality. Learn more in the book: The Medicine Goddess Rose:

3. Explore tattoos, symbols, and colors

You could use them to harmonize your uterus. Choose symbols according to your own spiritual practice as they will speak to you more and thus have more impact. You can also choose keywords and write them over your uterus. Finally, take a meditative journey to discover the best colors to wear for you in this place.

Purification rituals such as Turkish Hamams, sweat lodges, etc. This will also help the body to purify itself of toxins and your mind to find more clarity.

5. Live an initiation at the Temple of Roses

Experience an initiation at the Temple of Roses to connect to your essence. Perform Womb Connection, Cleansing and Reliance Ceremonies. Contact me to accompany you on this journey here.
